ReDefine Self, ReDiscover Value, ReGain Well-being

Welcome to Hand & Hoof Haven

In today's world, both humans and animals often face the pressure to conform to roles that don't align with their true nature. They are frequently labeled and encouraged to suppress their emotions, leaving little room for personal growth and genuine happiness. It's not surprising that so many individuals, both human and animal, experience stress and face numerous challenges.

At Hand & Hoof Haven, we are dedicated to recognizing the individuality of each client. Whether they walk on two legs or four, we meet them where they are and support their journey at their own pace. Our holistic approach integrates insights from neuroscience, expert teachings, and our own life experiences to help our clients ReDefine their identity, ReDiscover their inherent value, and ReGain their overall well-being and quality of life. We are committed to fostering an environment of peace and happiness that our clients can carry forward, even if they've forgotten what those feelings are like.

Each client is unique, with distinct needs and goals. That's why we offer a range of services and collaborate with a network of skilled professionals to ensure the best support. We value our professional partners as an integral part of our team, and if we're not the perfect fit, we are dedicated to helping our clients find the right match.

Our Story

Hand & Hoof Haven was born when Charleen and Cat met during their EquineFlow Level 1 certification course. As they developed their equine-assisted life coaching practices, they discovered a shared vision: to create a sanctuary for both people and animals. Their personal life experiences have imbued them with a deep empathy, essential to their work. Together, they've honed their individual and collective skills, creating a judgment-free space for clients to explore and grow.
